An opportunity has arisen for a Fixed Term Cost Administrator to provide support to the Commercial Manager and the Commercial Team. The main responsibility of the role will be to monitor, review, analyse and report all overhead and contract costs within the business.
The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar role either within the construction or rail industry and have an understanding of the commercial/contractual contribution to the business. A working knowledge of the COINS system would be advantageous but not essential.
Hardworking and professional, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment and of working to deadlines. A team player who can deal with people at all levels; you will be professional and confident, have an eye for detail and be a self-motivated individual. Excellent IT skills, a positive manner and good interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
