New commercial director appointed for VolkerRail Specialist Businesses
Rebecca Shepherd has been appointed as commercial director for VolkerRail Specialist Businesses with effect from Monday 2 March.
Rebecca joins the business from Readypower, where she was group commercial director, and brings extensive cross‑sector industry experience, including more than 17 years with Thales UK (now Hitachi Rail), where she worked closely with us in securing the Train Control Systems Framework in 2024.
Rebecca’s appointment follows Cecilia Hansen‑Saunders’ move to sister company VolkerFitzpatrick, where Cecila takes up the role of divisional commercial director.
