Cecilia joined the business this month, taking over the role from Simon Gallagher, who is retiring after nearly a decade with VolkerRail.

Having spent close to 20 years in the rail sector, working for major rail contractors including Balfour Beatty, Alstom, Colas Rail, and AmeyColas, Cecilia joins the team with a wealth of commercial management experience and industry knowledge.

Commenting on her appointment, Cecilia said: “I’m delighted to join VolkerRail and look forward to developing relationships with the team, and building on Simon’s great work, as the business continues to bring positive benefits to its clients.”
